So I thought I would make a quit using 1 1/2 inch fabric strips. Yeah.... that didn't work out so well. So instead of just tossing it into the garbage or the pit of never going to be finished I took them and made a cute skirt for little Em. I love it! There are a ton of tutes out there for this but you basically just take an elastic band and tie the strips on in half.
